The Mosman Refresh team are entering an exciting new phase as we start to develop design concepts for the redevelopment of the centre.
Building upon the great feedback from the Neighbourhood Nights events over summer, we are seeking nominations from up to 10 local residents and business operators, who are passionate about Mosman Park and would like to contribute more ideas to the future of the centre.
We will be hosting two sessions on Wednesday 9th and 30th October from 6.00 - 8.00pm at the Mosman Park Men’s Shed. Light refreshments will be provided. The evenings will involve presentations from our project team and interactive feedback from community members.
This feedback with be used to help us shape our proposal to the Town of Mosman Park, including the treatment of public spaces around the centre, layout and mix of shopping and dining options, scale and mix of housing options and other facilities and amenities. This proposal will be lodged toward the end of the year in preparation for redevelopment late 2021.
